Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but please remember that we are human and we are not perfect.

Domestic shipping

When shipping Audio CDs and DVDs, we will use USPS media mail service, which is currently the most cost-effective option. Media Mail is priced based on weight, and the rates start at just $2.80 for a 1 pound single-piece package. After 1 pound, the price increases by $0.53 per pound for single-piece Media Mail. Any shipping discounts we receive from carriers, we will pass on to you. We add a small handling fee to cover the cost of packaging. If you'd rather we used UPS, please let us know. We will use UPS to ship heavier items, such as electronic equipment and musical instruments.

International Shipping

We will ship small items, such as audio CDs and video DVDs, internationally, using USPS, UPS, or DHL Express and we'll make every effort to save you money on shipping costs. We offer only domestic shipping in Continental US on musical instruments and electronic equipment.

Local Delivery

We will deliver your purchased products free of charge in the Baltimore - DC - Annapolis area.
